Have all environmental aspects and impacts been ranked so that the significant impacts are being addressed immediately?
Do you have a triage plan for managing all environmental aspects and impacts?
Do you regularly review the environmental aspects and impacts?
Have the roles and responsibilities for all environmental aspects and impacts been established, communicated and implemented?
Have you established an environmental policy?
Has this policy been communicated to all persons who are physically on the property or in a building on the property?
Is the environmental policy available to the public?
Do you regularly review the effectiveness of the environmental management system?
Do you regularly conduct a meeting with top management on the effectiveness of the environmental management system?
Do you track corrective and preventive actions to ensure the root cause is identified and correct?
Do you ensure that corrective and preventive actions are managed on a timely basis?
Do you verify that the effectiveness of the actions taken for corrective and preventive actions?
